Here's the photo on the Taco Bell website:
And Taco Bell's product description:
The Grilled Stuft Nacho is nacho flavors all wrapped up and grilled to perfection in the shape of a giant nacho chip, with seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, our new zesty nacho sauce, crunchy red strips, and cool reduced-fat sour cream.
It strikes me that the Grilled Stuft Nacho represents another new product from a non-burger chain that is designed to be easy to hold with one hand; or, to put it another way, easy to eat while driving. I think fast food places spend a lot of time thinking about that when creating new menu options: Can our customers hold this and eat it while driving away from our drive-thru window?
As for the nutritional values, the Grilled Stuft Nacho has 570 calores, 32 grams of fat (7 grams of saturated fat and 0.5 grams of trans fat), 960mg of sodium, 5 grams of sugar, 14 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber.
